This home is carefully placed on a farm to have privacy while being oriented to receive the best natural light, meadow views and become a timeless feature of the property. Natural stone, oak siding, metal roofing and concrete were carefully curated to help this home feel like an historic farmhouse that grew into a modern home over several generations. The celebration of the site was a major factor that informed the home’s design and all components of the landscape, pool, retaining walls, etc. were designed to reinforce this notion.
